DReaM Ring

This is my "dream ring""

It may be just a ratan with coconut palm as wrap around lace and looks very native but when I tried it on,I knew this is what was looking for.

My "dream ring" is just a lame version (but I still believe it's bloody brilliant) of the
classic promise knot.

The idea of having a
"dream ring" surge within me after reading a book about hand printing. Of course it didn't say there that you should buy a ring and put it round your middle finger, but it told me what I like most. ART. Creativity, materials, designs and ideas. I started to imagine my creation, I started to consider materials I have to buy, what to have and what to make. I was consumed by my desire that I thought of a way that will make me never forget and kept reminded. So the idea of having a "dream ring" sprung.

Unlike the promise knot, a ring can be easily worn and offers fitment. A ring can also be classy and elegant at the same time. The ring need not be native, nor gold or silver. As long as that ring will be slip on with the noble purpose of representing your dream, keeping you reminded of your dream...then any ring will do.
dream ring"

My " dream ring" was not just fashioned and conceived only because of the hand printing book that I've read and rekindled my passion for art but because this ring will represent my definitive dream. The dream that for me may seem elusive and intangible at times. This dream, is my momentum. This dream, would be my life...and it would be nice to have a little ring wrap around my finger, because I believe that only you can know how to keep your dreams alive.
